1. Service

MapUp is a browser app that allows users to add map, globe, route, and text overlays to selected photos or videos and export the result.

2. User Media

Users must only use media that they have the right to use. Using media that infringes copyrights, portrait rights, trademarks, or other third-party rights is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Use that violates laws or public order and morals.
• Use that infringes third-party rights.
• Creation of false, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Analysis, interference, or excessive load against the service.

4. Fees and Refunds

MapUp is currently available as a free trial. If paid features are offered, pricing and details will be displayed before purchase. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available after use begins, except where MapUp determines that a refund is appropriate, such as duplicate payment or payment errors caused by MapUp.

5. Disclaimer

MapUp does not guarantee exported results, compatibility with external social media or editing apps, or results after posting. Users are responsible for checking and sharing their own creations.

These terms may be changed when necessary. Important changes will be announced on the service.
